So first of all a very Merry Christmas to everyone, hope everyone's Christmas was awesome. :)

I ended up getting the camera I really wanted, the Sony Cybershot DSC-HX1. 9 megapixels, 20 times optical zoom, it can shoot 10 frames per second which is such an awesome thing to have for action shots! It also records full HD videos and has a mechanical shutter. If you want to see all the specs, go here. [link]

I also got $40 worth of iTunes cards and a Simpsons page-a-day calendar, and a new Montreal Canadiens poster which I am stoked about!! And a stocking full of goodies and candies. So overall a good Christmas!

What did you get? :)

Woot.

Sooo hi. It's almost Christmas. Yay! I asked for a camera. Either the Sony DSC-HX1 or the Panasonic Lumix FZ35, both are equally awesome, I suppose I'll find out which one, if any, in 3 weeks! Woot. I asked for a wicked camera bag for Hanukkah as well to go with it. It's awesome. ;D I also asked for a Canadiens shirt, a couple of iTunes gift cards and Best Buy gift cards since..I really don't know what else I want other than a camera.

Not much is really happening..I finish school on Monday, another semester down! Other than that, really not much. I'm seeing Hedley, Boys Like Girls and Stereos for my 19th birthday on April 7th though so that makes me happy. :) Faber Drive is headlining next year too, and Simple Plan when they come out with their new CD. Next year's gonna be amazing concert wise. Woot.

That would be all. Still no snow, thank GOD. I can do without it until a few days before Christmas...because non-white Christmases suck. Yeah. We get the tree next weekend yay. :D

Yep. Happy 100th birthday Montreal Canadiens! Psssst. Even though you suck. Kidding.

New camera...soon.

Sooo...I'm most likely getting a new camera for Christmas, and I'm really loving the Lumix FZ35 with this kit on this one site that's selling it for $150 less, it's insane!
The kit comes with a filter, a really good camera bag, lens cleaning kit, 8 GB card and a card reader for just $54. I'd say that's a good deal. Plus they're selling the camera for $326 when the regular price everywhere else is $500. Did I also mention free shipping?! Even to CANADA. I think I like this store. :)

It's 12 MP with 18x zoom, HD video with stereo sound (I believe), looks very easy to use too. I'm gonna look at it next weekend at a camera store in Quebec that's supposed to be really good. But we'll probably end up ordering it online with that crazy deal. I'm so excited! Plus the actual camera comes with a lens hood which I think is really cool. And the Lumix has a lithium battery that takes more than 500 pictures without the flash on a single charge, so yay! Very excited.

September already..

Soooo..to start off Simple Plan was amazing last month. I actually ended up being in second row by the middle of the concert..I was a few feet away from Pierre when he was on the catwalk..ahh amazing. :] I really could not have asked for a better night and The New Cities were a pretty good opening act. MAYBE seeing SP again in two weeks..I doubt it but I can try. I won't feel bad if I don't, I've seen them so many times this year!

I went to La Ronde last month too, crazy theme park, but not as good as Canada's Wonderland, that was amazingly, amazingly fun. More on that later.

I have to say the Jonas Brothers two weeks ago put on an amazing show, the detail that goes into the production of it is incredible. Trampolines, rain, huge rotating stage..it was actually insane. They're really really good live AND in the studio.

I just got back from Toronto on Monday, it was an amazing weekend. Didn't get too many pictures, the only one I really liked was the one of the skyline that I uploaded, but it was a crazy weekend. We left Friday night at almost 8, got there at around 2. We went to Toronto Island Park on Saturday and went on the ferry and all that and it was a lot of fun. Then on Sunday we went to Canada's Wonderland, I must have done 6 or 7 roller coasters, including the Behemoth: [link] Craazzzyyy! It's something like 230 feet off the ground, I don't know how my mom and I went on it. I also went on other rides and we went to the water park, crazy long day, we basically covered every ride in the park!

School's been pretty good too, this semester seems easier than my previous two so I should be getting some good grades!

Just another three weeks until hockey season!!! So curious as to how the Canadiens are gonna do this year, it'll be REALLY different and weird for me not to see Koivu on the ice in a Habs jersey anymore but I'll deal... it'll take me a few games to get over it. :( Buuutt it's a new start, and it's exactly what we needed, things were going downhill last season, we'll see how things go this season. Excited!

And that's pretty much it...not much else really. The weather's starting to get cooler, and the leaves are starting to change colors and fall, autumn's right around the corner, which means allergies are almost over, thank God. I'm excited for fall, it's so pretty!

Just..stuff.

Sooo...hi. Nothing really has been going on but I have a lot of things to look forward to that are sort of photography related in a way so yay.

August 8th I'm seeing Simple Plan and The New Cities. Sooo excited!! I'm going to take a billion pictures and videos..I swear. xD
August 29th I'm seeing the Jonas Brothers so I should be able to get good pictures there.
Labour Day weekend we're going to Toronto, Canada's Wonderland (sorta like Six Flags) and Marineland (kinda like an aquarium type thing with dolphins and rides) so I should get both my memory cards filled up there.

School starts in..close to three weeks which is depressing but oh well. It'll keep me busy. This semester looks pretty good though, I lucked out on getting a really good schedule so we'll see how it goes.

I'm currently waiting for hockey season to start up too. So many changes for the Habs..it'll be quite interesting really. Koivu's gone, yes I was depressed and sad for a while, still am a bit, but in the long run he'll be better in Anaheim. But screw Kovalev, I can't believe he went to Ottawa. And Komisarek to Toronto? ha. They're so getting booed at home games.
...and there's my hockey blabber. Sorry to those who don't like it. ;D

Yeah. Pretty sure I'm done. Bai.
